A fully tracked & signed for express service. Please allow 2 - 6 working days for delivery from dispatch.
Countries excluded from this service include: Norway, Iceland, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine.

Express DHL Delivery £39
A full tracked & signed for express service. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from dispatch.
If the total weight of a parcel is over 2KG, an extra shipping fee may be charged. This is unusual & we will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.
IMPORT DUTY CHARGES
These may apply for deliveries outside of the UK. Please note that customers within the EU & internationally will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees or charges that are applied by customs or other authorities (including couriers) in the country of receipt.
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact number, email address & postal address inclusive of postcode. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.
We accept all major credit cards & Paypal.
Gipsy Hill Hardware is designed and handmade in England and all prices are quoted in British pound GBP.
International payments may be subject to exchange rate & bank charges. These are charged by each individual country and/or bank of use and are not the responsibility of Gipsy Hill Hardware.
What happens when a delivery attempt has been made?
If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, unfortunately we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. Once we receive the items back, if you would still like the products, we will re-dispatch the products but there will be an additional charge for re-posting
Returns & Refunds
RETURNS , EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Provide full details of your order, including the order number, your contact details, details of the product and reasons for wanting a return or exchange. If you end the contract for any reason after the goods have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us (including the packaging) in the condition received by you by post.
We will pay the costs of return if the goods are faulty. In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return. We recommend that you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
If you change your mind you can cancel your contract and return your goods (including packaging) in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you the price you paid for the goods (excluding delivery costs) and minus any deductions to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods (including packaging) if this has been caused by your handling them, attempting installation or in an unacceptable way or any way which would not be permitted in a shop.
If you believe the good are faulty in any way, do not attempt to install as we will not accept return where goods have been damaged during this process.
If the goods you have received are faulty, you can return them to us at any time within 30 days of receipt. Please contact customer services to arrange collection or for a return postage label. We will refund you the price you paid for the goods by the method you used for payment or exchange for an item of the same price as soon as possible after you cancel your order.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.
